What Sets Us Apart

Air Seeder Repair Services, LLC is a North Dakota based company specializing in rebuilding, upgrading, repair and maintenance of air seeders and drills. As equipment ages, parts often require replacement.  The wear and tear of usage, products, and elements take a toll on its ability to do its job effectively. When it’s time to start your seeding operation, you need to be ready. We have the expertise, manpower, and industry knowledge to convert a worn and corroded air cart or drill to new operating functionality in just a matter of days.

What sets us apart from others is our process. We perform a complete assessment on your equipment, breaking down the cost of ownership per acre when comparing buying a new cart or drill to rebuilding the one you have.

Repair and maintenance are also an important part of our business. Whether it’s checking primary or secondary hoses for wear, looking for rust or corrosion on tubes, or checking levels on your drill, we prove that proper and preventative maintenance keeps your equipment at peak performance.

Our mission is to get you the maximum life from your air cart and drill by using extended wear and performance parts that increase yields, producing higher profits.

OUR PROCESS

Most of our customer contacts flow through our website, ag or other vendor shows, or word of mouth from other customers. We talk through needs with the customer, then set up a site visit to inspect the equipment.

Following the inspection, we review options and suggested improvements with the owner.

We follow up with a quote on labor and parts while at the customer location. When the quote is approved, we set an approximate installation date. Our crews do the work on site. Jobs take anywhere from 1-3 days, depending on the scope of work.
